Reading Robinhood Chain…

Real stock,held inside an NFT.

Each Notchstock locks 100,000 $NOTCH and collects one stock token: NVDA, TSLA, SPCX, AAPL or META. Every 30 minutes, trading fees buy that stock and credit it to your NFT. Redeem whenever you like for your $NOTCH and every share inside.

How it works

Four actions. Each one a transaction you sign.

01

Mint

Lock 100,000 $NOTCH and choose a desk. You receive a numbered NFT that collects that desk's stock.

Fee 0.001 ETH, paid into the pot
02

Earn

$NOTCH trading fees fill a pot. Every 30 minutes, 1/24 of it buys stock on Uniswap and credits every NFT by weight.

30 min interval · 1/24 of the pot
03

Collect

Shares stay recorded inside the NFT and move with it. Withdraw them to your wallet at any time without giving the NFT up.

No fee · gas only
04

Redeem

Return the NFT and receive your 100,000 $NOTCH plus every share inside. No buyer is needed.

Fee 0.001 ETH, paid into the pot
Desks

Five stocks. Official Robinhood tokens, bought on public pools.

Guarantees

What the code enforces, and what it doesn't.

A credible product should tell you exactly where the trust sits. Everything on the left cannot change without deploying a new contract. Everything on the right depends on people, and is listed so you can judge it.

Enforced by the contract

  • Full backing. An NFT exists only after its 100,000 $NOTCH arrives. That $NOTCH leaves only when the same NFT is redeemed, to its holder.
  • No withdrawal function. There is no code path that sends the locked $NOTCH, the shares or the pot to the team.
  • Shares follow the NFT. They are recorded against the token number, so a sale or transfer moves them with it.
  • Payday limits. At most once every 30 minutes, at most 1/24 of the pot, team share capped at 10%.
  • Official pools only. A swap route is accepted only if the Uniswap v3 factory confirms it created that pool, and it ends in the desk's own stock.
  • Fixed desks. Which stock each desk collects is set at deployment.

Still requires trust

  • The keeper's price floor. The keeper runs payday and sets the minimum each swap must return. A careless floor could accept a worse price, limited to that payday's 1/24.
  • Owner settings. The owner can change fees within hard caps, the team share up to 10%, swap routes (official pools only) and the NFT image link until it is frozen.
  • The stock issuer. Robinhood can pause its stock tokens or block an address. Refused payouts are recorded as owed, but delivery waits on the issuer.
  • No audit yet. The contract passes 22 automated tests on a mainnet fork. That is not a third-party audit.

Weight

Upgrade to take a larger share.

Each step doubles an NFT's slice of every payday. The $NOTCH you spend is burned. Shares already inside never change, and the weight resets when the NFT is redeemed.

Roadmap

One collection first. Then a launchpad built on the same rules.

Notchstock starts with a single token and a single collection, so the mechanism can be watched working in public before anything is built on top of it.

Phase 1At launch

$NOTCH and the Notchstock collection

$NOTCH launches on Pons on 21 Oct 2026 · 13:00 UTC. The vault contract goes live with it: five desks, 1,000 NFTs, payday every 30 minutes, every figure checkable on the verification page.

  • Mint, collect, upgrade and redeem in the app
  • Source code verified on the block explorer
  • Keeper running payday from day one

Phase 2 is not live and has no date. It ships only after its contracts pass the same kind of public fork tests published here. Until then, treat anything calling itself “the Notchstock launchpad” as fake.

Why the name

The first stocks were split sticks.

From about 1100 to 1826 the English Exchequer recorded sums as notches on a stick, then split it lengthwise. The longer half, the stock, went to whoever had paid in. The shorter foil stayed with the other side, and only the original two halves fit back together.

A Notchstock works the same way. You hold the stock. The vault holds the matching half, your locked $NOTCH. Each payday adds a notch. Redeeming fits the halves back together.

Risks

Read this before you mint.

$NOTCH can lose value

Your NFT is backed by $NOTCH, not by dollars. Redeeming always returns the same number of $NOTCH, whatever it is worth that day.

Payday depends on volume

Shares are bought only with fees from $NOTCH trading. If trading stops, the pot stops growing and paydays shrink. Nothing is promised.

Stock tokens carry issuer terms

These are tokens on Robinhood Chain, not brokerage shares. Their issuer can pause them or block an address.

Smart contract risk

Tested, not audited. A bug could lock or lose funds. Only use what you can afford to lose.

FAQ

Common questions.

Every answer can be checked on the verification page

Are these real shares?

They are the official tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, the same tokens anyone can buy on Uniswap there. Each token's on-chain name, for example “NVIDIA • Robinhood Token”, is shown on the verification page with a link to the explorer. They are tokens with the issuer's terms, not brokerage shares.

Can I always get my $NOTCH back?

Yes. Every NFT has its own 100,000 $NOTCH locked behind it, and the check “$NOTCH held ≥ 100,000 × NFTs” runs live at the top of this page.

What happens to the shares if I sell the NFT?

They go with it. Collect first if you want to keep them.

Who can take the money?

No one. The contract has no function that sends the locked $NOTCH, the shares or the pot anywhere except to NFT holders under the rules above. The owner's remaining powers are listed in full on the verification page.

What if this website goes down?

Your NFT, your $NOTCH and your shares live on Robinhood Chain. Every action is a public contract function you can call from the block explorer. The docs list each one.

Is Notchstock part of Robinhood, Pons or Uniswap?

No. Notchstock is independent. It uses Robinhood's public stock tokens, launches $NOTCH on Pons, and buys shares through public Uniswap pools.
